OFFICIAL RULES

1. Contest Period

The Scotiabank First Game Program 2024 Stanley Cup® Playoffs Extension Contest (the "Contest") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 6, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 21, 2024, (the "Contest Period"). By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules. Entrants further agree to abide by and be bound by all decisions of The Bank of Nova Scotia (the "Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding, without right of appeal, in all matters relating to this Contest and the awarding of the prize(s), including without limitation eligibility and/or disqualification of entries.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Edmonton, Alberta who have reached the age of majority as of the date of entry and who reside within 120KM of the home arena for the Edmonton Oilers. Excluded from eligibility are the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of Sponsor, the National Hockey League ("NHL") and its member teams, NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., and NHL Interactive Cyber-Enterprises, LLC (the foregoing NHL entities, collectively, the "NHL Entities") and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives.

3. How to Enter

NO PURCHASE OR ACCOUNT NECESSARY.

To enter, eligible entrants must opt-in by registering for the Contest at scotiabank.com/hockey. Upon successful registration entrants will each receive one (1) entry into the Contest (see Section 4 below). In addition, eligible entries from eligible entrants received via the opt-in method or no purchase method in the Scotiabank® First Game Program 2024 Stanley Cup® Playoffs Contest which ran between April 18, 2024 and May 26, 2024 (see 1a and 2a under Section 3 of those contest rules) will also be entered into the draw for the Prize in this Contest and no additional opt-in registration is required. There is a limit of one (1) entry per eligible entrant regardless of method of entry.

4. Prizes

Entrants will have the chance to win a prize consisting of a pair of tickets to see the Edmonton Oilers play in the 2024 Stanley Cup® Final, for each game the team plays in the Stanley Cup® Final (each a "Prize"). The tickets are for home games only, and the date, and seats are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Total Prizes available to be awarded in the Contest are between two (2) and four (4). Approximate retail value of each Prize is $1,000. The odds of winning Prize will depend on how far the Edmonton Oilers advance in the Stanley Cup® Final and the number of eligible entries received up to the date of each Prize draw. There is a limit of (1) Prize per eligible entrant.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize, in whole or in part, for one (1) of equal or greater value if all or any of the components of the Prize are unavailable. If a winner is unable to redeem their Prize, in whole or in part, due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor or its employees, representatives, agents and all parties associated with this Contest, no compensation or substitution prize will be provided. All Prizes must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions, and are not transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion).

5. Prize Drawings

Prizes will be awarded throughout the Contest Period as the Edmonton Oilers compete in the Stanley Cup® Final. Sponsor will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received for each applicable Prize, at least one (1) day prior to the game date. By way of example only, if the tickets are for an Edmonton game on June 7th, 2024, the draw for these tickets will take place on or before June 6th, 2024, from all eligible entries received from eligible entrants up until June 6th. The Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winners of the Prizes using the email that was provided during entry registration. If a selected entrant cannot be reached after two (2) attempts to contact, or if a potential winner refuses to accept the Prize, or if the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor shall have the right to choose another eligible entrant from the remaining eligible entries. This process shall continue until the Prize has been awarded, unless it is too late to reasonably do so, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in which case the Prize will go unawarded.

6. Selected Entrant Verification and Prize Claim Conditions

In order to be declared a winner of any Prize, selected entrant(s) must: (i) respond to notification of selection within the timelines noted in the notification; (ii) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by telephone at a mutually convenient time; (iii) sign and return to Contest Administrator, within one (1) business day of it being sent or such other time as stated in the notification or required by Sponsor, a written declaration and release form from the selected entrant and their Travel Partner, releasing the Promotion Entities from any liability in connection with this Contest or the use, misuse, awarding or possession of any Prize, and consenting to use of their names, city/province of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity Sponsor and its respective successors, assigns and licensees may conduct relating to the Contest in any media and format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to, the World Wide Web, at any time or times in perpetuity, without further compensation or notice (the "Declaration and Release"); and, (iv) otherwise comply with these Official Rules.

Return of any Prize or winner notification as undeliverable, inability to reach selected entrant or failure of selected entrant to respond to notification within the time limit set out in these Official Rules, failure to provide sufficient proof of eligibility (if requested), release documents, or any other required documentation in a timely manner, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of a Prize and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, selection of an alternate eligible entrant for the forfeited Prize in accordance with these Official Rules, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner.

7. Right to Void / Terminate / Suspend / Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or modify this Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or obligation if, in Sponsor's sole discretion, any factor interferes with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if the Contest, or any part thereof, is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, programming errors, or technical failures, which, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion: (a) void any suspect entries, (b) terminate the Contest, or any portion thereof; (c) modify or suspend the Contest, or any portion thereof, to address the impairment and then resume the Contest, or relevant portion, in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (d) award the Prizes from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment in accordance with the winner selection criteria discussed above. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Contest, violates the Official Rules, or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

8. Limitation of Liability and Releases

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT SPONSOR AND THE PROMOTION ENTITIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AND AFFILIATES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES (THE "RELEASED PARTIES"), HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM THE CONTEST, INCLUDING THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF A PRIZE, OR THE MERCHANDISE FOR WHICH IT IS REDEEMED (IF APPLICABLE). FURTHER, BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM: A) ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST, OR B) ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PERSONALITY OR PRIVACY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, such exclusions may not apply to Contest entrants. Without limiting the foregoing, the Released Parties and any of Sponsor's other suppliers or contractors, shall not be responsible for: (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information that is caused by Contest website users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest, including in the determination of entry eligibility; (b) lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, service provider, on-line systems, telephone networks or telephone lines, or any other connections; (c) the theft, destruction, loss or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (d) any problems with, or malfunctions or failures of, telephone networks or lines, computers or computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (e) garbled transmissions or miscommunications; (f) failure of any e-mail to be received by or from the Promotion Entities for any reason, including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof or technical incompatibility; (g) damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware) occasioned by participation or downloading of materials related to this Contest or in connection with any website associated with the Contest; (h) printing, distribution, programming or production errors, and any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise; (i) technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions contained herein; or (k) entries not matched to an entrant or determined to be ineligible based on entrant or merchant information that is inaccurate or that has changed from the time the entry was submitted and the time matching or eligibility is determined.

9. Protection Of Personal Information and Publicity Release

Sponsor and their authorized agents will collect, use, and disclose the personal information entrants provide when entering the Contest for the purposes of administering the Contest and Prize fulfillment. Entrants may be offered the opportunity to receive additional communications from Sponsor or its partners about its products, and upcoming Contests and promotions.

By accepting a Prize or any substitute prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's and Promotion Entities (as applicable) use of their name, city/province of residence, picture, biographical information, statements, voice and likeness in any advertising and publicity Sponsor and its respective successors, assigns and licensees may conduct relating to the Contest in any media or format, whether now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, at any time or times in perpetuity, without further permission, compensation or notice, and hereby releases Sponsor and the Promotion Entities from any liability with respect thereto. 10. General Conditions

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged, and no correspondence will be made with or entered except with selected entrant(s). By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees that the Released Parties have not made, with respect to each of their own products/services provided as a Prize or part thereof (if applicable), any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to a Prize and specifically disclaim all such warranties and conditions, including without limitation, the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular or general purpose. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein. Mass entries, automated entries, entries submitted by third parties, and any entries or Prize claims that are late, incomplete, fraudulent, illegible, unidentified, or delayed will be void. All entries and Prize claims are subject to verification. Proof of entry submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Decisions of Sponsor will be final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Should a winner make any false statement(s) in any document referenced above, the winner may be required to promptly return to Sponsor his/her Prize, or the cash value thereof. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person who submitted an email entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at registration will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an access provider, service provider, or other person or organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the account associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

3. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry into the Contest. Eligible entrants may earn a maximum of six (6) entries per day during the Contest Period, plus one (1) registration entry, regardless of the method of entry up to a total maximum number of 235 entries during the Contest Period. Selecting one (1) method of entry over another does not improve your odds of winning.

Entries via Qualifying Purchases

Opt-in Entry: Eligible entrants must opt-in by registering for the Contest at scotiabank.com/hockey. Upon successful registration entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Contest for the Grand Prizes (as defined below) and, if applicable, for the Regional Prize (see Section 4 below). Opt-in registration is only required once per entrant during the Contest Period.

Purchase Entries: Entrants from Step (a) above are eligible to earn bonus entries when they use their Eligible Card (as defined below) to make Qualifying Purchases (as defined below) during the Contest Period, up to a maximum of six (6) bonus entries per day. To qualify for a bonus entry: (i) a purchase must be charged to the Eligible Card of the entrant who registered in Step (a) and subsequently posted to their account all during the Contest Period, and (ii) the Eligible Card and the information submitted during registration in Step 1(a) must match Sponsor's records (each a "Qualifying Purchase").

The following purchases using an Eligible Card are not Qualifying Purchases and will not earn a bonus Contest entry: (i) Purchases made using a supplementary card on the Eligible Card account; (ii) cash advances; (iii) balance transfers; (iv) Scotia Credit Card Cheques; (v) returns, refunds or other similar credits; (vi) payments, fees, interest, service, or other purchase charges on the Eligible Card, and (vii) purchases made during the Contest Period if charged by the merchant on a different date that occurs after the Contest Period.

Entry without a Purchase:
1. Eligible entrants that do not wish to make a Qualifying Purchase may earn an additional six (6) entries per day by first registering for the Contest in the manner set out above in Step 1(a) and then sending an email entry containing the entrant's name, email address and phone number, and a twenty-five (25)-word or more essay (the "Essay") on why they would like to see a 2024 Stanley Cup® Final game and send it to paige.larock@scotiabank.com. Be sure your name and email address are complete. Entrants may submit up to six (6) email entries per day during the Contest Period, with a total of 235 entries, provided that they are sent separately, and each contains a unique Essay.

4. Prizes

All eligible Contest entrants will be entered into a draw for a chance to win one (1) of two (2) grand prizes (each, a "Grand Prize" and together, the "Grand Prizes") each consisting of a trip for two (2) to attend a 2024 Stanley Cup® Final game. In addition, eligible Contest entrants residing within 120 km of the home arena for NHL® teams in Toronto, Winnipeg, or Edmonton (each a "Home Team"), as determined by the postal code provided during registration in Section 1(a) ("Regional Entrants"), will also have the chance to win one (1) of between six (6) to thirty-six (36) regional prizes each consisting of a pair of tickets to see their Home Team in Toronto, Winnipeg, or Edmonton (as applicable) play in the 2024 Stanley Cup® Playoffs (each a "Regional Prize"). The tickets are for home games only, and the date, and seats are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The Grand Prizes and Regional Prizes are collectively referred to as "Prizes". There is a limit of one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Regional Prize per eligible entrant.

Grand Prizes:

Two (2) eligible winners will receive a three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for two (2) people (winner and a guest ("Travel Partners")) to attend a 2024 Stanley Cup® Final game (the "Game") at a date, time, and location to be determined (at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). Odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Each Grand Prize includes: (i) round-trip economy class, commercial air transportation for two (2) people from a major Canadian gateway airport near the winner's home (as selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (two (2) rooms, single occupancy); (iii) two (2) general tickets to the Game (Game date and seating level to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $1,000 in spending money awarded to each winner in the currency of the destination city. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $15,000 CDN based on Yellowknife, NWT, Canada to Orlando, Florida, USA travel. Actual retail value of each Grand Prize depends upon each winner's point of departure and, existing rates at the time of travel, and any difference between the stated retail value and the actual value if any, will not be awarded. Unless otherwise stated, the Grand Prize includes all applicable fees and taxes. The characteristics and features of each Grand Prize component, unless otherwise explicitly described above, are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Entrants understand that the date, time and location of the Game is yet to be determined. Winners and Travel Partners must be able to travel on dates and times that coincide with the Game as selected by the Sponsor (the "Travel Period"), otherwise the respective winner will forfeit the Grand Prize.

Accommodations and flight times are subject to availability and black-out periods. Reservations are subject to complimentary allotment and may not be available even if a similar flight appears on the airlines, or other airlines' booking websites or through another airline. All other costs and expenses associated with the Grand Prize, including but not limited to, ground transportation between the winner's residence and the departure airport, additional accommodations or overnight layover if required, COVID testing if required, travel insurance, baggage fees, parking fees, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, meals and beverages, in-flight meals and beverages, headsets, optional seat selection, flight entertainment, gratuities, tours and excursions, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, personal charges at lodging, tips, merchandise, souvenirs, incidental expenses, tickets to additional events or experiences that may be taking place during the Game, security fees and any other expenses not specifically described as included in the Grand Prize are the responsibility of the winner of the Grand Prize and their Travel Partners.

Travel arrangements will be made through the travel coordinator and on carrier(s) designated by the Sponsor. Trip is subject to air/hotel availability and other conditions and restrictions. The winner of the Grand Prize and/or a Travel Partner will be required to present their ID at hotel check-in along with a valid credit card for potential incidentals or damages. Airline and flight times to be selected by the Sponsor at their sole and absolute discretion. Winner and their Travel Partners must travel together at the same time on the same itinerary as set by Sponsor. No change, extension or substitution of Travel Period is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates, or similar items once they are in winner's or their Travel Partners' possession. Sponsor and the Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, regardless of how caused, or any acts or omissions whatsoever by the travel coordinator, air carriers, hotels, or other transportation companies or any other persons or government agencies providing or responsible for decisions related to travel, or any of these services and accommodations to passengers, including any results thereof, such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The Sponsor and the Promotion Entities are not responsible if any scheduled event or activity is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, including but not limited to, delays caused by diverted, delayed or cancelled flights, cancellation or postponement of the Game, and the winner will not be reimbursed for tickets or any additional costs, including costs of accommodation. The winners and their Travel Partners must have valid passports required to travel outside of Canada, if applicable. The Grand Prize is subject to space availability at time of booking and reservations are required. Failure to comply with all travel, event/activity and accommodation rules and regulations, including but not limited to any that may be imposed by an act of government having jurisdiction over the departure/arrival countries, provinces and/or cities, may result in the forfeiture of all or part of the Grand Prize and Sponsor will not have any obligation to provide any compensation in respect thereof. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. It is recommended that the winner of the Grand Prize and their Travel Partners obtain sufficient personal insurance prior to departure. Grand Prize is subject to any travel advisories that may be issued by the government of Canada or the United States.

Regional Prizes:

Regional Entrants will have the chance to win a Regional Prize consisting of a pair of tickets to see their Home Team (i.e., that team which is within 120km of their postal code) play in the 2024 Stanley Cup® Playoffs, for each game within every playoffs round the team makes it to. The tickets are for home games only, and the date, and seats are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. By way of example only, if the Toronto Home Team only makes it to round one, up to four (4) Regional Prizes consisting of a pair of tickets for each Toronto home game per round will be available only to Regional Entrants that reside within 120km of Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario. Whereas if the Edmonton team makes it to round two, up to (4) Regional Prizes consisting of a pair of tickets for each Edmonton home game in round one will be available and up to (4) Regional Prizes consisting of a pair of tickets for each Edmonton home game in round two will be available only to Regional Entrants who reside within 120km from Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta. Total Regional Prizes available to be awarded in the Contest are between six (6) and thirty-six (36) (two (2) to four (4) Regional Prizes per city per round depending on the results of each round). Approximate retail value of each Regional Prize is $1,000. The odds of winning a Regional Prize will depend on how far a Regional Entrant's Home Team advances in each round of the playoffs and the number of eligible entries received from Regional Entrants for each region up to the date of each Regional Prize draw.

5. Prize Drawings

Regional Prize Draws: Regional Prizes will be awarded throughout the Contest Period as each applicable team (Edmonton, Winnipeg, or Toronto) advances in the 2024 Stanley Cup® Playoffs. Sponsor will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received from Regional Entrants for each applicable Regional Prize, at least one (1) day prior to the game date. By way of example only, if the tickets are for an Edmonton game on May 10th, 2024, the draw for these tickets will take place on or before May 9th, 2024, from all eligible entries received from Regional Entrants who reside within 120km of Rogers Place, Edmonton, Alberta only. The Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winners of the Regional Prizes using the email that was provided during entry registration. If a selected entrant cannot be reached after two (2) attempts to contact, or if a potential winner refuses to accept the Regional Prize, or if the Regional Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor shall have the right to choose another Regional Entrant from the remaining eligible entries from the applicable region. This process shall continue until the Regional Prize has been awarded, unless it is too late to reasonably do so, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in which case the Prize will go unawarded. Regional Prizes are awarded to Regional Entrants that reside in the applicable cities only. By way of example only, Regional Entrants who live within 120km of Toronto will only be eligible to win Regional Prizes for Home Team games in Toronto.

Grand Prize Draw: Sponsor will select in a random drawing the potential winner of the Grand Prize, by Friday May 31st, 2024 at 5:00pm ET in Toronto, Ontario. The Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner of the Grand Prize using the email that was provided during Contest registration. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within one (1) day after the date of the draw or after three (3) attempts to contact, whichever comes first, or if the potential winner refuses to accept the Grand Prize, or if the Grand Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor shall have the right to choose another entrant from the remaining eligible entries. This process shall continue until the Grand Prize has been awarded, unless it is too late to reasonably do so, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in which case the Prize will go unawarded.

6. Selected Entrant Verification and Prize Claim Conditions

In addition, the Travel Partners of the Grand Prize winner must each sign a Declaration Release and be over the age of majority in their province of residence unless they are the minor child of the winner, in which case, the winner (i) must be of the age of majority in their province or territory or residence, (ii) must sign a declaration and release form satisfactory to Sponsor on behalf of their minor child and (iii) must accompany the minor Travel Partners at all times during the use of the Grand Prize.

Return of any Prize or winner notification as undeliverable, inability to reach selected entrant or failure of selected entrant to respond to notification within the time limit set out in these Official Rules, failure to provide sufficient proof of eligibility (if requested), release documents, or any other required documentation in a timely manner, failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or other non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of a Prize and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, selection of an alternate eligible entrant for the forfeited Prize in accordance with these Official Rules, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person who is eligible to receive a bonus entry via Qualifying Purchase with an Eligible Card, the primary cardholder of the Eligible Card will be deemed to be the entrant and Sponsor will match the entrant information provided during registration with the client information Sponsor has in its records and if information matches the primary account holder of an Eligible Card, that person will be deemed to be the entrant. If the information does not match, that person will not be eligible to earn bonus entries for Qualifying Purchases. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person who submitted an email entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at registration will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an access provider, service provider, or other person or organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the account associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
